**Giddy-Up Studios Online Retailer Return Policy**

1. **Return Eligibility**

   You may return items purchased from Giddy-Up Studios within 90 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. **How to Initiate a Return**

   To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

   - Log in to your Giddy-Up Studios account.
   - Navigate to your order history.
   - Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
   - Follow the instructions to initiate the return process.

   If you checked out as a guest, please contact our customer service at giddyupyyc@gmail.com for assistance in initiating the return.

3. **Return Shipping**

   Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.

4. **Refund Process**

   Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. **Exchanges**

   If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

6. **Non-Returnable Items**

   Certain items are non-returnable, including:

   - Gift cards
   - Final sale items
   - Items not in their original condition or packaging
   - Items that show signs of wear or damage
